Enjoy meals prepared with the most natural, seasonal ingredients, sourced from our organic garden, local farms and country markets. Savor the true taste of "terroir" wine from grapes grown without chemicals

Each day, the menu is designed according to what's ripe in the garden.
No industrial pesticides or weed-killers are used, but rather, compost, organic fertilizers and homemade preparations from natural sources such as wild stinging nettle and tomato leaves.

Among the produce we grow: lettuce, spinach, arugala, bok choy, chard, beets, aubergines, courgettes, several types of tomatoes and onions, potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green beans, celeriac, strawberries, raspberries, plums, and all the herbs.
Clearly, not all these crops are available every season of the year. That's why we provide homemade preserves of food we've harvested, or buy produce from a nearby organic farm with a greenhouse.
