Dinner:

Our four-course farm-to-table dinner is prepared with ingredients from La Tuilerie's chemical-free garden and nearby farms.
We serve apéritif, wine, appetizer, main dish, cheese and dessert.
Coffee or tea are included.
We ask that you reserve dinner a day in advance at the latest and tell us if there are any foods you don't like or to which you are allergic.
The price is 35€ per person for adults.

Appetizers:

  • Foie gras served on warm lentils with garden greens
  • Tuna & leek pastry with goat cheese salad.
  • Epoisse soufflé with beet carpaccio and hazelnuts

Main dishes:

  • Seven-hour lamb braised in wine with turnips, carrots, onions, and prunes
  • Catch of the day with orange and star anise sauce
  • Magret de canard with peaches

Desserts:

  • Rhubarb crumble with mascarpone cream and strawberry coulis
  • Genuine New York cheesecake
  • Home-made sorbets
